Hazel Arroyo

Originally from Nicaragua, I moved to the United States to pursue my education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy, with a minor in Hispanic Literature, from Skidmore College.

I am a licensed real estate professional in Nevada and California, and I also have extensive real estate experience in Costa Rica and Nicaragua:

After college, I quickly realized that real estate was my calling. From 1993 to 1995, I was part of Costa Rica’s real estate boom, helping clients find and invest in properties throughout the country. I also represented beach properties along Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.

Since then, helping individuals and families relocate—whether across states or international borders—has become my passion. I enjoy guiding my clients toward places that offer a better quality of life and align with their personal goals, interests, and financial plans.

Over the years, I have lived in many vibrant cities, including New York, Miami, West Palm Beach, Los Angeles, and Madrid, Spain. Today, Las Vegas, Nevada, is proudly home.

My experiences have taught me that the right location can make a meaningful difference in a person’s life. Some people live in large, expensive cities with limited budgets, while others live in smaller, more affordable communities despite having the financial means to enjoy a different lifestyle. I believe everyone should live in a place that reflects their aspirations, hobbies, priorities, and resources.
